Placing an order with Funky Fabrix could not be easier.
We are open 24/7 so you are able to purchase at any time you have the itch to shop. Simply add the items to your cart (remember to place quantity required at this time). When you have finished shopping just click on the view cart button at the top home page to the right.
Your order will then be processed by our secure server. Australian buyers can pay using Credit Card, Paypal, Money Order or Bank Deposit. International buyers can pay by credit card using Paypal or our own secure Eway server.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? TOP
Should there be a problem with your order, such as damage in transit, manufacturing faults or the like, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange to send you an addressed stamped envelope to return the goods to us. Upon receiving returned goods, we will immediately organise a replacement order to be sent to you. Please note that we cover all postage costs in these circumstances.

Please note that we do not exchange for change of mind, so if you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as we process most orders shortly after the order has been received. Colours may vary to those displayed on your monitor so if colour is of vital importance please phone us on 0435 012 356 before you make your purchase. We are only an email or phone call away and are happy to help with your choices and can even suggest co-ordinating fabrics and trims for you.

Please note that registered post options are available. If you do choose regular post and your item goes missing in transit, we do not replace or refund in these circumstances. By choosing regular post you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We highly recommend registered or express post.

Please note that all prices are per half metre (per 19inches) unless otherwise noted. All fabrics will be sent as a continuous piece when ordering off the bolt.
Minimum cut is 1/4 metre (enter .5 when purchasing)
Purchase .5 and you will receive 25cm x width, purchase 1 and you will receive 50cm x width etc.

We offer flat rate options Australia wide, including express post and courier delivery options.
We also offer pick up options for Brisbane customers.
International postage is based on weight and country of destination and is calculated at the time of checkout before payment is required.
How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
We post all orders within 2 business days of receiving your order, often the same or next working day. If you need something asap we offer express post priority options Australia wide.
Delivery within Australia can take between 3 to 10 business days depending on your location. If you do not receive within this time frame please check with your local post office to ensure the parcel is not awaiting collection. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
Should an order go missing whilst in transit we will contact Australia Post on your behalf and lodge an online enquiry into your parcel. We highly recommend registered post as this provides both insurance and online tracking. We do not refund or credit should a customer choose regular post.
Express delivery orders are sent the same or next business day. Australia Post guarantees next day delivery to most areas of Australia.
International deliveries can take between 2 to 6 weeks depending on your location.

Best Shipping Method TOP
We highly recommend registered post. This provides tracking and requires a signature at the time of delivery. Should you order go missing, your parcel is covered by insurance so we can send out a new parcel or place a claim on your behalf with Australia Post.
All international orders are sent via registered post international which are insured and will require a signature on delivery.
